Surrounded by fells in the Borrowdale Valley this 400year old cottage in Seatoller has just been renovated back to it's former glory; whilst we have retained the fire range, stone steps and oak beams of which some  are very low, there are your creature comforts too. Bang and Olufsen music system, Ipod/radio in bedrooms, broadband internet, modern kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful furnishings.

The master bedroom has a sumptuose king size sleigh bed, TV with free sat and full ensuite facilities. 2nd bedroom has a French oak double bed and 3rd bedroom a twin that has a zip and link system to make a super-king bed if prefered. There is a second bathroom with full bath and shower, wc and basin.  You have the choice of  a lounge on the 1st floor with LCD digital free sat TV, Blu-Ray dvd and Xbox or a lounge area in front of the old fire- range downstairs in the open plan dining area.

Equiped with quality crystal glass-ware and china dinner service we hope you feel relaxed in your homely surroundings. Included for your arrival is an extensive Cumbrian food hamper, Champers, homemade chocolates and cake. Fresh flowers,fruit bowl and in the fridge some more surprizes.

To the rear of the cottage is a large garden leading to the river , Children to be supervised at all times, this is shared during the day with tea room visitors (closes 5pm)
Off road parking for 3 cars
All fuel, bed linen, towels and bath robes included. Cot available. Sorry no children under 10 years, but will accept babes in arms.
One well behaved dog accepted
 
Homemade evening meals can be provided with prior notice, placed discreatly in the cottage ready for you. 3 course £25 per person.
